Our general equipments contains two sets of 1650mm Four-High Non-Reversing Universal Aluminium Foil Mill, one set of 1650mm Four-High Non–Reversing Middle and Finishing Aluminium Foil Mill, and three sets of High-Precision separator all manufactured by Zhuozhou Chengda Equipment Manufacture Company, Ltd; Electric Apparatus Control System is Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controller from American Rockwell Automation,Inc; Transmission System,we use ABB DCS500B Fully Digital Silicon-Controlled Conversion Fixture; Thickness Measure System is American Honeywell Thickness Gauge; Plate Shape Control System, we use Siemens VAI AFC/AGC System, including Thickness Automatic Control System, Plate Shape Automatic Control System and Roll Eccentricity Automatic Compensation. Hydraulic pressure System, we use Servo Valve; Accessory equipments contains 6 sets of 20T Annealing furnace, one set of High-Precision CNC roll grinder, imported Air Compressor, and so on. Our mechanical equipments are mostly imported from Italy and Germany. We use Italian and Japanese components for Hydraulics and Pneumatics Systems.
